Easy Appetizers

My wife and I are in charge of an appetizer for Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Any easy, but good recipes you guys would recommend?

Don't have the recipe in front of me ... but it's a feel recipe anyway. One that's going in the cookbook for sure.

Buy some of those big ass button mushrooms, cut out the stems with a paring knife. Mix together:

~pound of ground sausage
~couple tablespoons of sour cream
~fresh parsley
~5-6 minced garlic cloves
~basil, oregano, fresh cracked pepper, garlic salt
~handful of shrezzed mozzarella

Then just start stuffin those sumbitches. Brush em with a little olive oil, bake at 350 for 20 min or so.

Crab dip is a piece of cake.

- brown some chopped onions
- add butter
- add cream cheese
- add lump claw meat
- season to taste

Dip crackers of choice or vegetables.
