I just pig out and eat whatever I want. The Browns game provides a nice bulimic effect so I don't gain any weight. Can be a bit messy.

Wife actually threw together a fantastic pasta with shrimp dinner last night. I ate a lot of it.

Jack Daniels', Percocet, and reduced fat Chex Mix.......because I'm trying to watch what I eat.

To actually answer the question I made a Bolognese yesterday that took half the day. I think I will give Swerbs recipe out here shortly, but this recipe was pretty solid.
In the end, we're all "only for a limited time," you guys.

Hmmm...I have 2 of the three....the Perc is for the kidney stones and I can't drink the Jack BECAUSE of the kidney stones..... :gah:

Celebrated the bye week with beef short ribs braised in a vegetable mash with red wine and beef stock.
