New Tailgating Ideas for 2009

Unread postby 4thQtrGlory » Thu Jul 23, 2009 11:34 am

Browns/Buckeyes season is right around the corner, and I want to know what you tailgate gurus have been working on in the lab for the past 6 months. Any new recipes or ideas for this season?

Here is a couple of mine....

Honey/Chipotle spare ribs
wasabi dry rub chicken wings
Beer Cheese soup
Burgers (homemade with grilled green chilies, onions, banana peppers)

I suggest "The Big Easy" oiless turkey fryer. Hooks right up to a standard propane tank. Awesome item. Turkey, red meat ribs.....outstanding, and you don't haveto deal with the expense and mess of the oil. Not to mention you can keep your arteries clear in order to pound other artery clogging items.

Lead gives it 4 stars.
