Chip Dip

Someone's answer in another thread gave me this idea. Do you guys make your own or purchase chip dip? My preference is to get it at a Circle K, the Lawson's brand is the best, in my opinion. Anyone else?

I love Lawson's.
It's the shit, nothing else is close.

I like the Helluva Good and making my own with Lipton's french onion soup mix and sour cream. Maybe some chives when in season from the home garden.

I dislike Yoder's immensely.

Helluva Good by far. Best ever. Except the generic kind they used to sell in Toledo I think it was called Four Winds or something. That stuff was tasty as well

I love to use Lipton's Onion Soup Mix, with a tub of sourcream and some wild onions that grow on the slope behind our back fence. Great dip, cheap to make and it makes alot.

Velveeta makes a good Mild Mexican cheese that I have only found at Heinens.
Lawson's chip dip is tops, with Helluva right behind.
Shearer's makes a good Con Queso dip as well.

Another vote here for Lawson's. That stuff is just classic goodness. I'm going to have to find some now, and a bag of Ruffles.

Very simple dip, but delicious with potato chips, celery, tostito chips and even wings.

One regular size sour cream and one packet of Ranch Dressing (make sure it is the Dressing and not Dip packet), Don;t ask me why, but their Dip packet taste terrible.

Add a pack of cream cheese to that and mix it with a hand mixer; it's even better!

But dang, I eat Fr Onion and some ruffles and shit and I just want to throw up for about a day afterwards. I have no self control.

Sometimes I like mint toothpaste as a chip dip.
