It's come up here, but really it's a cooking method that deserves its own thread. Like many things, this comes from Alton Brown, but I've made my own spin to create my favorite "cooking for one" meal.
Ingredients:
1 package ramen noodles (save the seasoning packet for another use, if you have one)
1 frozen salmon fillet (4 oz.)
1 cup frozen vegetables (right now I'm using the bag with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
Put above ingredients, in order, in the middle of a square piece of aluminum foil (big enough for the step that comes later)
crimp up to make a funnel, and toss in some tarragon vinegar, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Crimp the foil up so that there is only a little hole at the top, and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Enjoy.
