in Chicago they'd hang you by your nuts if you put ketchup on a dog...

I think I'm the only one in America working with that combo right now. Kinda proud of that.

Bayou, no love for the Lucky Dog? Had one last time I was in the Quarter. Maybe it tasted so good because I just walked out of the Absinthe House after 5 hours.
Have you ever tried Bertman's Ballpark?

That's a common tale. I've only had one Lucky Dog while sober enough to remember it, and all in all...... it's a pretty standard dog. Nothing to write home about, but good enough to get the job done after a night on the town.Have you ever tried Bertman's Ballpark?
JB, I have never had the pleasure. I'm guessing that is the proprietary mustard of the Jake? I've heard alot of good things, I may have to see if I can order some online and give it a go sometime soon.

Sauerkraut
Sweet and hot relish (I can't remember the brand name, but it's killer)
I'm pretty sure dill relish comes out of Satan's hindquarters, and ketchup... it's just wrong. In my house ketchup is for cheap cocktail sauce and occasionally for fries. I wouldn't even think of ruining a burger with ketchup.

Ur spot on re: cats up.
But you need to include Packo's pickles and peppers and not just relish.
Oh yeah.

And speaking of Sam's/WalMart, the Gwaltney all beef hot dogs that they carry are pretty good.

Cinci sucks for hot dogs. I got one at Paul Brown Stadium that was the most disgusting piece of white meat I've ever eaten.
