Premium Vodka: Pasta Sauces ('natch), Salmon
Grand Marnier/Cointreau: French Toast, Shrimp, Snow Peas

Seriously, I have marinaded pork and lamb chops in brandy (the liquor, not the chick), Jim Beam for ribs and beef dishes, awesome.
