This is too cool for school. I've never eaten at one of these places, although I do plan on checking one out someday.

I've only eaten at one, Genki Sushi in Hawai'i. Interesting concept, though I'll take sitting at the bar and getting to interact with the itamae over it any day.

But I'd still take the conveyor belt over any sort of grocery store sushi.
