Also, not sure why I have this on my mind, but if you're boiling any seafood anytime soon (crabs, shrimp, crawfish, etc) then get online and get you some of this....

A. put the spice into the egg mixture prior prior to cooking
B. put the spice onto the eggs after they were cooked
C. both of the above

Well said. As for eggs, I'd throw it in the egg mixture beforehand but I guess it'll work well both ways. Usually after a crawfish boil we will peel everything left and put it with the boiled potatoes and mushrooms in containers so we can make crawfish omelets the next morning. That usually works out great.

Another good use is on french fries. Petty simple, but its a different taste than the usual salt/pepper.
