My wife makes a "clothes pin" cookie. She cooks a dough around a "clothes pin," then removes the clothes pin and fills it with a creme filling (colored red or green for the holidays).
Peanut butter cookie with a Hershey kiss in it... hot out of the oven.

Davis Bakery used to make these cookies shaped like stars, with cinammon sugar, awesome. Other wise I'm with Old Dawg the Hershey Kiss cookies fresh and hot with a big glass of ice cold milk.

Grandma made a couple of recipes I loved. I think they were:
Kolachky - an apricot preserve filled cookie
???????? - a half moon, cresent shaped, nut and sugar cookie
Black Bottom Cupcakes - cream cheese and chocolate cake mix with chocolate chips in it.
