Mentor Loses 1st Ever OT DI Championship Game

And Furls, Hilliard Davidson ... are they from where you live in Hilliard just outside CBus?

The D3 Steubenville win sounds like it was a great game as well.

I watched most of it on TV. I can't stand anything about the city of Mentor. Too bad

Yeah, Davidson would be Mikey's High School in three and a half years if we weren't moving. They will be a regional power and occasional state power for a long time, hell, they beat Colerain to get to the finals.

Last year Davidson lost in the state semi's to Cincinnati St. Xavier, a nationally ranked team, in a very close game.

Hilliard is a suburb that is about the size of Mentor and has a similar economic breakdown, but it is going to have three high schools here in a couple of years (right now it has two). In the municipal peewee football league last year they had 25 Division I (8-10year old) teams from Hilliard alone. Talk about a high school football farm system.
