I'm in a AL only league.
Ryan Garko (I get) for Delmon Young (they get)
I have a lot of out fielders and a lot of power. However I'm really weak at SS. I can move Carlos Gullien to SS and put Garko at 1st. I fill a hole but lose some RBI's.
Who do you think will have a bigger year this year? Good or bad trade?

Youngs celing is so much higher. Keeper league? Scoring format? # of teams?
In most leagues of 14 or less, you can get someone off the waiver wire comprable enough to Garko to avpid having to making a deal like that.

That would be Mike Hessman from the tigers. There are only 7 available 1st baseman.

Jesus H. I'd try to get him to give up a little more. Have each team add a player to the deal, you getting a slightly better one in that swap.

Avoid Saltalamacchia. He's supposedly starting the year in AAA.
