New board color scheme

I like the new boards. The alternating post coloring is very nice; some of the whole-board colors are a little jarring, but I'm the wrong guy to ask (red-green colorblind).

Thanks Buff. I didn't know I could control the colors myself until yesterday. A little change is good.

I wish you could make different boards different colors, but you can't.

Yes why purple? Why not a red/blue theme? Or even red/grey? Or even not purple?

It's supposed to be blue. Problem is, you can't use dark colors or it makes it very hard to read the text. And the selection of light colors includes next to no non-fruity-pastel options.

Im open to any suggestions. I can play with the colors and see what looks best. We can also change the color scheme to orange and brown or wine and gold after the Indians win the World Series.

I had to lose the alternating color scheme by post (which I kinda like) to lose that sickly blue/purple color.
