Log in issues from home

We purchased a new laptop about 2 weeks ago and I've been logged in for that same amount of time on TCF. Last night when I tried to access the boards, I needed to log in. I did and successfully logged in, when I went to access the board index, I was logged out. I tried this numerous times, all with the same result. I can't even stay logged in long enough to go into my user control panel.

The other boards I belong to worked fine for me and I was able to access them. Curious as what I need to do.

It was fixed this morning at like 7:30 AM. Let me know if you're still having issues ...

I had this problem too. But, like all of the small issues that have come up since we changed to Radium Hosting, everything's been taken care of immediately. It's really nice to not have to wait on that other guy.

Agreed. Plus, the owner lives across the street from me. If something's not working, I just keep throwing shit at his bedroom window till he fixes it.

If it happens again or to anyone else you'll need to delete board cookies and then re-launch your browser.

Happened to me last night too and, yes, Mark helped me out right away. I think dude sleeps for about 45 minutes per night.
