Olympics?

Unread postby bookelly » Sun Feb 14, 2010 10:15 pm

Swerb, can we get a dedicated forum for the Olympics? Maybe one for the World Cup when it arrives? I guess this stuff is in "No Holds Barred" - but these events I believe deserve their own, however temporary, forum.

/It might be too much of a pain in the ass, in which case I'll deal with the current set-up, :thumb up: happily.

Tough to establish an entire forum for something people will talk about for two weeks every couple years. Some would argue we have too many forums already. Personally, I feel its the right # and setup ... but you are right, there are things like the World Cup, Olympics, triple crown horse races ... that really don't have a fit.

Maybe a forum that changes its name to reflect the current hot sport. Ie - olympics now, changed to world cup when it happens. Again, just micromanaging here, but I'm sure we'd get more olympic discussion it you could find it easier.

Thanks for thinking about it though.

Cheers!
