Is it just me or is the NFL getting STUPID with the penalties? It seems that there is a rule against everything now. No contact on receivers and I swear in two years the QB's will be wearing red jersies and flags.

You just saw a Raider game. There's always gonna be flags on a team owned by Al Davis.
