The Browns signed backup guard Bob Hallen to a two-year deal. He's a Mentor High and Kent State graduate who spent eight years with the Atlanta Falcons and the San Diego Chargers. He's also the fourth hometown player the Browns have signed in free agency. "This is a dream come true for him," said Cliff Brady, his agent.
Interesting approach to FA to go after the local kids.....hope it works.
