Dear Lord Baby Jeezus Keep This Place Alive

Unread postby Hikohadon » Sun Mar 23, 2014 6:01 pm

Cuz what are my options after that?

A (hypothetical) place where someone proposes we trade our #26 pick and a 4th rounder for Colin Kaepernick, and then a bunch of people state why they wouldn't do that?

Ye gods, talk about multiplying zeroes.

Please, for the love of my sanity and in the name of wasting time when I could be doing something productive, don't let this dog die.
It's only progress if you eventually get somewhere.

Don't worry, there's always Kiley and Booms. I caught a few (excruciating) minutes of that the other day and Booms is adamant that we trade the #26 pick and out 2nd rounder to move up from #4 to get Manziel.

Honestly, I checked every day...multiple times...to see when this was coming back because I've got nowhere else to go.

Please change your sig line. Or take the 1,000 "We Shit the Bed for Ted!" t-shirts off my hands.

He might be right, but I maybe don't want to formulate my position from the opinion of a guy who abandons ship when he notices a pipe in the bathroom leaking. ;-) ;)

Low traffic + buggy = tough sell.

At least after the 19th century.

I think there's pretty hardcore couple a dozen of us who'll keep it going. It always has been more of an Indians site so we'll see the peeps back in a few weeks.

This is undoubtedly true.

Thank God the other major player in the Browns forums is a sewer of stupid. Reminds me of the trading floor of the NYSE if the floor was full of idiots and dotted only with a few people worth actually trying to listen to.

Can't do it over there. It's awful.

Can't even lurk over the topic lists over there without getting irritated. Used to be useful for finding linked news, but this place + Twitter = not even remembering to look there these days.

Yeh, last week I was pretty worried when the site was down again. I wasn't sure if it was something to do with the Malaysians or maybe even the Talyban. Either way, I'm glad it's back!!!

Way too much awesomeness about to happen for this place to die at this time:

1. NFL Draft

2. Opening Day

3. NBA playoffs and the anti-Heat bandwagonning as every non-Miami fan roots for them to lose so "the King" can come to their city where he "really belongs"

4. NBA Free Agency and the Lebron knob-jobbing as every non-Miami fan and front office postures, poses and gets on their knees for "the King" recruiting.

5. Lebron Decision 2.0 and the "Le-Douche" hating by every non-Miami fan as "Le Douche" chooses the wrong city and disses them without fair warning.

Maybe 3-5 will even bring back Eyo and Pros for another round of the gong show.

This thing needs to stay running with bail, wire and duck tape if neccessary.
