Johnny Football (For Entertainment Purposes Only)

Why is this in the Brown's forum?

Because of this link.

I open the floor to comment, I'm too busy chortling that he has the Browns drafting fourth overall.

While I don't think this is a playoff team, I don't think we're going to be that bad.

The only team they're behind in the mock that I feel confident in saying the Browns are better than is the Jets. There's no way they can be worse than the Jets, even if they have to start Hoyer the whole year.

Oh, and I will boot a puppy 4 stories in the air if the Browns draft Manziel. What, we haven't had enough of little college QB's from Texas that will suck in the NFL?

If this board skewered Weedon's pre-NFL readiness, I can't wait to see what happens for Johnny Goodfall.

No transferrable NFL skills whatsoever.

I would say at least he had the courtesy to wait until the second round to get him off the board, but I still think that's too high.

Then again, who the hell knows what will go on eight months from now.

Can't speak for the board, but that kid ain't a 1st round pick. Now, that makes him Weeden-like in that regard :-) but I might literally split open and bleed out if they even looked twice at Manziel. Sadly, I have way more faith in this shit regime than I had in the last straw clutching bunch of thieving fuck wipes to think they'd ever consider it.

The trend of overdrafting of QB's will continue as long as, well, it's continues to be about the only position that matters.

Manziel will go higher than he should - as did about every QB drafted the last three years, save the studs at the very top.

Only difference is that he'll be (or already has been) shoved down our throats for so long by that point we'll hate him so much that the chortling aimed at whomever drafts the guy will be non-stop.

As far as JB bringing up Weeden - these guys are about perfect bizarros (unfortunately they are on either end of the part of the spectrum you don't want to touch) One guy has a cannon - one guy below avg. arm strength. One guy is a statue-one guy can move. One guy stares at option one - one guy makes plays. One guy is old - one guy is young. One guy is dim-one guy is the cheshire cat.

Not sure what the opposite of getting trapped under a giant flag is, perhaps stumbling into the Aggie bonfire?

Anyways, if you could combine the guys you might raise an eyebrow.

His entire offseason was getting trapped under a giant flag.

How freaking hilarious would it be for the Browns to suck and draft 4th and miss Bridgewater, Boyd, and Clowney?
According to my sources CDT farts in the tub and bites the bubbles.

Or, he knew what we all knew - that he wasn't gonna miss the Alabama game unless he was dead. That any significant penalty would come down only, and if only, A&M or JF was unable to leave a mark on a billion dollar conference.

Guy might be immature, but is smart enough to know that he, or nobody else gives a shit what happens "after the Bowl game" which is the only time a significant measure woulda been taken.

The NCAA doesn't make the schedule - they don't determine the National Champion. They sit there and count money.

NBA Finals, endless gambling, autograph income, pyramids of chicks......trap me under that flag any year.

Salute.

fixed.

There is Marquis Lee as a consolation prize. We could then trade his rights for a stay at home nose tackle, a QB prospect, and a WR "almost as good" .....

How in the eff does Manziel factor perfectly into a vertical heavy offense? Does he get to use a robot ball launcher from behind center?

I think the odds of those guys all going in the top 3 are pretty slim.

The real worst case scenario is a repeat of the smoke and mirrors 2007 season, just missing the playoffs, and drafting around 17th or so......
I don't need to be patient, they're going to be shit forever.
