No. It was not Jacksonville picking a punter.

It was the Pats drafting a guy from Ohio State that almost no one who follows Ohio State Football recognized. Bill Belichick basically spent a 6th round pick on a special teams kick coverage guy in a league that is thinking about doing away with kickoffs because everything is a touchback anyway.

I never thought I would ever be watching a draft and see someone picked from a team I follow and said, 'Who?'. But it happened.

My vote goes to the Kirk Cousins pick.

Ideally, you drafted in the 4th round a guy that will never see the field. Ideally, you want your backup QB to have at least a little experience, so he'll be a 3rd stringer, "learning" from a fellow rookie.

Unless you drafted him to use as future trade bait, which makes sense since most teams can't wait to get their hands on your 3rd string QB.

Did I mention that the Skins have like 4 picks in the next 2 years?

If you're Green Bay, maybe you can afford a luxury pick like that in the 4th. Washington ain't Green Bay.
