Jeffery will never have blazing speed or elite agility but there is no doubt in my mind if he is paired up with an accurate passer in the NFL he can be a productive WR.

The guy we're profiling tomorrow would be a better choice if this is the rationale. Mohamed Sanu is already living in the middle of the field at the short and intermediate range and probably has more upside as well.
