Manning with the type of drive that will put him in Canton 5 years after he's done playing.

Question of the Night - Why does Brady throw that ball to the outside? Because the S was closing? Ot did he just miss the throw?
Throw that ball to the inside and the the Pats are holding The Lombardi.

Obviously, there's more room to fit the pass in to the sideline than to the middle toward the oncoming safety, and Brady might have wanted to put the ball over Welker's left shoulder. The first photo shows Welker looking over his right (inside) shoulder when the ball has already left Brady's hand.
Hey, shit happens—even to the best teams and the best players.

Agreed - my only point is that it seems to me like Brady missed a helluva lot more throws than he normally does the last 2 games. Whether that's the effects of pressure, him losing a little accuracy due to "declining skills", WR miscommunication, or just having a couple below par weeks, hard to say. Not like I wouldn't take him in a nano-heartbeat.

1. You need a legit QB, one who can not only really step up his game but play at as high a level as a QB can play at, and not just once in a while.
2. Clock management in the NFL is extremely crucial and you need a HC that masters clock strategy, on a very consistent basis.

3. Get lucky bounces on your fumbles. Or hope the other team has 12 men on the field.
