I'll take that in a heartbeat any day of the week.

I can simply turn off ESPN and watch DVD's, etc. Pittsburgh "fans" coming out of the woodwork makes one even more miserable.

January is already like the Ice Planet Hoth enough around here, we don't need to have the white trash start turning up and making it even worse.

I'll take that over every store/restaurant/homeless shelter I enter being clogged with Steelers crap.

Sadly, down 0-6, Denver has already lost. I am shocked - shocked I tell you! - that NFL teams were able to figure out the hokey Denver attack.

The Broncs are lucky - for a while there I thought they would have to go into next season with Tebow.

And every game the Steelers advance makes me exponentially nervous. Tell me who they can't beat in the AFC. They probably won't win the SB, but I don't even want them near it.

plus espn hyping up the Steeler/Ravens "Rivalry" makes me a thousand times more pissed off than them overrating everyone's favorite model FCA football player.

Yeah, my wife dragged me to the Green Giant Eagle earlier today (which I will never frequent on my own) and I about puked. It's like they moved the whole city 100 miles east.

I know you don't read city, urban or football SSS but Clarrett was complimenting Harrison, hence the grown men thing.

Hilo, we'll just have to agree to disagree.

This year we'll definitely find out.

Saints, Packers & Patriots D all stink. Can the golden boy qb's carry their teams with no defense?

That's another good point. The 3 favorites to win the Cheese this year are all the teams with a great QB and bad D. Seriously JJ, who do you pick to beat one of those teams?

Gun to your head, who out of the remaining playoff teams with a great D would you bet on over any of those teams if it was your life?

Pittsburgh doesn't count because I put POS up there with those other QBs, as much as it pains me to say it.

14-6 and I have to say I'm diggin it........... better the Broncos for a week in the news than Inbred Hilljacks

The more he wins the less likey Denver makes a run at Flynn

Steelers (despite their current situation) because they have a powerful passing game, can run the ball OK, and have the experience.

Then Baltimore, b/c I don't think as lowly as y'all do of Flacco.

Then San Fran, since you don't go 13-3 on accident.

Then Houston, since they're starting a 3rd string QB.

Then Denver, since Von Miller is a beast and apparently Tebow is impeccable with the long ball.

Then Cincy, since they already lost. :thumb up:

It's time somebody takes Harrison out, yeah I'm talking intentionally look to injure him. Tough shit. This guy is constantly going after the parts of the body that puts guys out of football, regardless of whether or not his hits are legal.

Fuck him, grab a bum OLman from the bench and take him out. We want to see old fashion rough football then that includes retaliation.

I agree. I'm starting to wonder why noone has the balls to do this. Are they too cheap to pay a 10k$ fine? Scared of Goodell? If this were the old days, somebody woulda taken care of that bastard awhile ago.

Before this gets too far let me clarify. Yeah part of me is jealous b/c the Browns have lacked a real enforcer fro a long long time. But EOD Harrison is down right dirty, real, punk ass, dirty cheap shot artist. He has no class and he shows no professionalism, so he deserves the same treatment.

People are scared of guys like Harrison and Ray Lewis, guys that just don't give a fuck and will retaliate hard (and not necessarily on the field) if they are pushed.

That, and a lot of the guys in the league are kinda hoping they go to a franchise like PIT or BAL, so they don't want to shit where they hope to eat.

I'm not asking you to tell me who is the most has the best chance to beat one of those teams. I'm asking who you think would win.

A large German man resembling a sasquach and mumbling about pizza and a gladius breaks into your trailer, throws you to the floor, and puts a gun to your head.

The Ravens vs the Packers is about to start.

He tells you you have to pick who will win. If you are wrong he pulls the trigger.

I detest the fact that CBS got the AFC package.

The studio hosts SUCK. The announcers and color guys SUCK. seriously? Jim Nantz? Dude makes me seem straight gangsta he's so country club and white.

It's made even worse when we get this as the following in the studio area

-Bill Cowher, Pittsburgh native and Steelers head coach
-Shannon Sharpe, Baltimore Raven
-Boomer Easion- Browns nemisis of the 80's.

Explain to me, as a Browns fan, how that's even remotely fair?

You're gonna be dead by 30yrs old if you keep worrying about these kinda things. It's kinda like the Cleveland radio thing, my man. Turn the games on when they start and off when they end if you're legitimately bothered by CBS, ESPN, etc.

re simms talking about ben's ankle.

LCB was talking about a perfectly legal way to shoot up, hence his talk about it "Feeling fine".

It's toradol. It's a RX non-narcotic pain med and it is perfectly legal. Also tears up your stomach so hopefully he's taking a shitload of it.

Also, it'll be harder for him to chase college broads when he does irreparable damage to his ankle and has to have it fused.

I'm all for the toradol shots.

Picture Big Ben drunkenly limping after a college broad while shouting barely comprehendable obsecenities.

It's just an NSAID that will reduce inflammation causing pain in his ankle. It'll cause a stomach ache the same way a shitload of advil would. He's probably taking a shot of it in the ass, though, so that's beside the point.
