I had no idea there were so many tOSU fans in San Fran. His essence must be confused as hell.

Still have echoes of the Jets fans in my building laughing uproariously when they traded Cleveland for him. Every now and again, karma really is a beyotch.

At least he let us know why. At least, his reasoning as to why.

I was released today by the 49ers due to my injury that required more time to rehab and hasn’t allowed me to re-sync with the offense....

The 16 touchdown season looks odder each year as the real BE reveals himself.

The Brady Anderson 50 home run season of the NFL.

SOURCE: The #49ers had to call Braylon Edwards 10 times to tell him he was released because his cell phone kept dropping the call

Is there any chance that he punched a midget friend of Monta Ellis?

That whole season looks weird in retrospect. The Browns win 10 games, and don't go to the playoffs. With a Pro Bowl QB, who is Derek Anderson. Lose the first game of the year in embarrassing fashion, trade the starting QB, then put up 50+ a week later against a Cincy team that most had pegged for the playoffs. The game tying FG against Baltimore that bounced through, then back out again. Dawson's FG against Oakland getting blocked after a TO when he made his first attempt. The snow game against Buffalo. The AZ game that ended on a force-out when that was still a rule. The 2nd Bengals game, when we all saw what Anderson really was. Sweeping the Ratbirds. Cribbs and all of his kick returns. Romeo and his challenges.

Just a weird season in general. Only fitting that BE had his only good season that year.

It's just so nice when bad things happen to bad people. Only way this could get any better is if he develops a staph infection.

Lesson learned: Never draft wide receivers top three. Never draft players from Michigan. Combo is lethal.

Just read this on CNNSI:

Last Tuesday, after a commanding 20-3 Monday night win over Pittsburgh, tight end Vernon Davis tweeted his support of Edwards and later said he was trying to step up as a leader.

"Thankful to have (at)OfficialBraylon on my team. He's a true professional and football is very important to him," Davis wrote. "I think teammates should stick together. At the end of the day we will still be as one when the coaches are gone!"

This tells me 2 things:

1. Braylon had some issues with Harbaugh.

2. Vernon Davis is semi-retarded.

We have dog crap at WR. A smart team claims him and leaves the past in the past.

It would make him sad too..which would be nice.

I don't think he's healthy enough to be useful to any team at this point, no matter how bad their WR's are.

Plus, he's on the end of a one year contract. We'd have him for exactly one game.

The ONLY reason to claim him is to piss him off.
