They really need to find a top-shelf option across from Haden.

PD is reporting he turned down more money and a longer deal from the Browns. Report is the Lions are giving him a chance to start whereas the Browns see him as the #3.

I know he was the board whipping boy last year, but I could see EW resurrecting his career. I would have liked to hang on to him.

You are not nearly as disappointed as are Anquan Bolden and Ben Roethlisberger.
I don't need to be patient, they're going to be shit forever.

I'll admit there aren't too many people in the world that are happier than I am with this news.

The Browns offered more years and more money for him to stay. What they didn't give him was a guaranteed spot on the field and rightfully so.

Not much they can do when he says, 'No thanks.'

In the right system he's a good player. If he gets to play in more of a man-to-man system he could resurrect the career.

I think the way he tackled last year told you how much he wanted to be here. Early in his career he showed much more in that area, last year he wanted no part of putting his nose in there.

A shame though, cause (aside from last year) the guy did show he could cover, and those guys aren't growing on trees.
