Jets v. Browns predictions

Unread postby FUDU » Sat Nov 13, 2010 3:36 am

As much as I want to see us win this game, I don't see us winning it.

I'll be happy to be proven wrong. This is us next year v. us now IMO.

Jets 16

Browns 24
Jets 13

Hillis crams the ball down Revis island. And the Ryan wins the coaching battle of brothers on D.

God it's nice to love an NFL team again. (inlove)

Browns 20
Jets 13

Lots of pound=it-out football with Colt tossing Hillis a TD pass to win it.

With every sports website and expert pick of the Browns their chances dwindle.

With every excited post on this board the Browns chances dwindle.

The record of those betting against Cleveland whenever Cleveland fans (whatever the sport) get excited about said Cleveland team is approximately 169-0. Or the lock of the century. And the lock of the millenium is that every player who leaves Cleveland and becomes hated (Braylon) come back and whips our asses.

So I'll take a Jets team that as many have stated is just the mirror image of the Browns but is just a little better. Looking objectively the Browns have a decent running game but the Jets have an excellent run defense. The Browns are starting a rookie QB against a tough defense. The Jets have two excellent receivers, one of which (S.Holmes) is a Browns killer. Who does E. Wright attempt to cover?
Jets 24- Browns 10
