Apparently he's in stable condition and is alert. That's a good sign, hopefully.

For real?

Google 'athlete dies of...' and see what comes up most often.

Leaky valve or murmur can lead to a sudden drop in BR and fainting. Let's hope for dehydration.

Now google has that auto fill so I got just that far and what you said is what popped up.....

Still no report update on PD.

For some real fun, Google "Why can't I" or "Why does my" and see what comes up most often.

A lot of people want to know why their dog won't do certain things to them. A lot.

I've got that beat easy IMO.

Posted this in the misc boards before, but try typing "Do mid" and take a gander.

When, "Do Midgets Have Night Vision" is the first result you've made a good search.

I first saw that at work and I couldn't stop laughing out of no where whenever I thought about it again for the rest of the day.

One of my friends told me that midgets have night vision but I wasn't sure if it was true. I know a little person from school so i called him up and asked him. He didn't say anything and just hung up so im pretty confused. Can anyone help me?

Turning the Marcus Benard near death thread into the laser-night vison hunting practices of midgets.

Now we're getting back on track 'round here.

huh, the military would save a lot of money hiring midgets to show troops around instead of getting them all night vision goggles.

Sounds about right. It also seems to be the perfect morning announcement for tomorrow..#1.....headline guarantees views, #2...the thread is too short to miss the critically important information we have posted here......

#3....It's Lethal, dude.

DiminishingSkills and I have discussed this via e-mail: Google must have a Vice President of Internet Search Assbombs.

If night-vision midgets are turning up at the top of any search autocompletion, it's not because people are searching for it. It's because the good folks at Google want to have a chuckle at our expense.

I'd love to bring Washington, Jefferson, and Franklin to the modern day. Maybe using the Back to the Future DeLorean, or perhaps that phone booth from Bill & Ted. Anyway -- I'd like to show them Google, and show them the results when you type "does the". They'd be expecting results like "does the Constitution guarantee us a life free from government intrusion?" or "does the concept of separation of powers work?" Instead, we get "does the Shake Weight really work?"

I will say this much though. When I expanded the search to "does the Constitution", I was half-expecting one of the results to be "does the Constitution begin with the words 'Freakazoids, hit the dance floor!'". Glad to say it wasn't.

ETA: To return to the original topic -- I fainted/collapsed a few years ago in much the same way Benard did (stood up, had what must have been a nice drop in blood pressure, and I woke up a few minutes later to find out that paramedics were on the way). I turned out to be fine. Hopefully it is something equally as innocuous for Benard as well.
If it flies, floats, or fornicates, always rent it -- it's cheaper in the long run.

Maybe Mangini has that heat ray and was tetsing it?

So, like is he playing Sunday? I want to see him collapse on Dirty.

That happened to me on a Friday recently, too, John.

Came to as the Shark Steam Mop infomercial was running at about 9:45 am Saturday and there was an empty bottle of Stoli and 4 empty Frsca cans next to me. No paramedics though. It was dicey that day but after grease, a multi vitamin, ibuprfen, and tons of Vitamin water Revive I am gld to report that I was fine 24 hours later.

BTW - I think yu just wrote the plot for Bill and Ted's Kids Excellent Adventure.
