Brownies V. Pats game thread

Lot of storylines going into this.

Browns havn't won against the Pats since Belichick's first game.

Browns better give me something good today because West Brom are already down 2-0

Listening to the game while raking the yard and drinking beer. Hope Ryan has some more tricks up his sleeve.

On D- 8 yard slants, curls and drags will kill the Browns if they keep up the blitzes, there has to be push with only 4 guys, and passes have to be batted down or at least passing lanes have to be challenged.

On O- control the clock. Run the football. It would be nice if Thomas would show up today- Mack/Thomas/Steinback can get some push, but 2 outta three is bad in this case.

Go Browns!

No doubt. Wish he'd give up the hurdling bit though. Dinged twice now doing that.

Was it Banta-Cain who felt the wrath on the TD run?

1st down borne of a lot of tendency/film study. Nice fucking job. Spread 'em out and hit a crease.

Hmm... Mangini has either a dip or a chaw in. Never noticed that before.

True dat. But they better not build a doghouse today. Give him an icy glare and a verbal burst and then give him the ball again.

Tell ya what. The coaches trust McCoy. They've given him more throws to the middle of the field than they'd ever trust to DA and others.

That's a pretty good indication they like what he brings.

Not really sure I'd miss Mo Mass if I walked off the field now and never returned.

Aside from that fumble that was about the best you could expect for a 1st quarter (I Know- aside from the shooting Mrs. Lincoln, how'd you like the play?).

Everyone is. Problem is what you gave to get them and now you've got nothing to show for it and have to use more resources at their positions.
