Hey, Bill: Great question. I believe a coach has to do everything in his power on game day to win the game. Take reasonable chances. Make adjustments during the game. Don't be afraid to lose. I don't believe in the phrase, "It's a process."

This football team is so far ahead of where it was 18 months ago, without being as "talented". Mangini is responsible for a good portion of that. Heckert gets a good portion for his moves thus far. And Holmgren gets a piece simply for someone finally being in the position to do that job. His share gets larger if Colt is for real.

I call it 45% Mangini, 35% Heckert, 20% Walrus right now.
