Why are none of these fucking idiots pointing out that it DOESN'T MATTER if he was down or not because there was a DEFENSIVE PENALTY so it will be a 1st Down REGARDLESS!

The only thing I can think of is the penalty happened after the play would have been over, thus the penalty never would have been called.
