I love this schedule. From an optimistic point of view, if the Browns can take care of business at home and play well early, they easily can be 3-1 heading into New England for a schooling in week 5, with Miami at home after that. Next after the bye they have St. Louis as a prep game for the brutal month of November; Seattle at home, Pittsburgh and Baltimore on the road. If they can survive that and end up at even 6-5 or even 5-6, the schedule softens ups for a playoff push!

From a negative point of view, we could be 1-4 after 5 games. But I am going to go positive this year.

A city and a coach, starving for a good start, with nine of their ten tougest games before Thanksgiving.

You know, given how crazy the League is, and how there seems to be a middle group of teams that wildly fluctuate, can you really look at a schedule based on last year and draw firm conclusions?
