Fraley costs Browns a 2008 5th rounder

Saw a post where it has been confirmed that the conditional pick the browns gave the Eagles for Fraley is now confirmed as a 2008 5th rounder.

Phil Savage is doing a hell of a job IMO. Lets hope Crennel does the same.

Savage annoys me sometimes, but I do think he has done at least a solid job in trying to address needs for this team. He has tried to address the o-line since coming here, that's for sure. Just wish he was more of a leader instead of a figurehead, we need someone in the front office to take the lead.

I have no problems with sticking with Savage awhile longer and see what happens. As for Crennel, it is just mind-boggling he is still here. It infuriates me.

Like when the team seem to quit last year at times? I agree, he better show us his teams will compete for 60 minx16 or he's gone.

If the Browns dumped RAC and hired Schottenheimer right this minute, I would be excited as hell for next year. I would really believe we could win 8 games, maybe even 10 if things went right.

But with RAC, no matter what we do this offseason, I'm going with 5-6 wins max. And, that will make me feel REAL good when I send that $1000 check in for my season tickets in a month.

Well, that would be my next step. Once RAC was gone, Frye would be my new target to get tossed. But, I believe with or without RAC they are making a QB change this offseason whether it be in the top of the draft or in FA (I hope).

Well the Texans are losing value in Carr everyday. Over the last week 2-3 players have thrown him under the bus, and the guy they want just got dealt for a 6th rd pick. To me, he's lost value. Quinn just scares the shit out of me. But they need someone better than Frye.

Eagles-Browns trade comp confirmed… We have got some pretty good information that last year’s trade between Philadelphia and Cleveland which saw the Browns acquire C Hank Fraley for a conditional 2008 pick has been confirmed as for a 5th round selection next year.
