Sorry Pup, I have to agree with others/ disagree with you but for other reasons.
There is wanting to know, needing to know and having the right to know. These are 3 different things.
A person's MEDICAL INFORMATION is by law a PRIVATE Matter between himself and the doctor/ insurance company. The patient can be encouraged to release the information to an employer but that information release normally stems from the patient looking for assistance or work release. In those cases, the barest items are provided and even then the info is supposed to be closely guarded (ie not open to everyone everywhere).

NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports Kellen Winslow (microfracture knee surgery) has been off crutches for the past two weeks.
Browns trainers are reportedly convinced that he'll be back for summer workouts despite reports that Winslow might sit out the season.

LCB and KWII starting out on the PUP list and ultimately moving to IR for the year is a very real possibility, and the best thing to lengthen their playing careers. Both will be healthier in 2008 if they don't play in 2007. Does that factor into Phil and Randy's long term outlook?
