You have Ginn and Smith saying it pre-draft right now, which is partly lip service, but I believe genuine. But, you also have current former Buckeyes in the NFL like Mike Doss, Donte Whitner, and Antoine Winfield openly saying the same thing.
Doss said this today:

* REMEMBER ME: Former Canton McKinley and Ohio State star Mike Doss is with his Colts team, but unable to play because of knee surgery in October. Doss says he’ll be ready for minicamp next season, but clearly sees the writing on the wall and has the mindset of leaving the team in free agency. “Tell Phil Savage that if he doesn’t sign me in free agency, he’ll be making a big mistake," Doss said.
* OSU REUNION: Doss has maintained a relationship with OSU quarterback Troy Smith and said they recently have shared their fantasy of reuniting as teammates with the Browns. Mel Tucker, Doss’ former coach with OSU, is the Browns defensive backs coach.
Whitner was on the radio last night, and openly expressed his love to return to the Browns but also said he feels it is a slam dunk that Bills teammate and former Buckeye Winfield will sign with the Browns.
